Crisp and refreshing, this straw-colored summertime brew has wonderful flavors and aromas of tropical fruit and citrus derived by “dry” hopping with Citra hops. (A.B.V., 5.4%)

This immensely rich and complex barrel-aged stout began its metamorphosis in early 2016 when our Brewmaster carefully filled charred oak bourbon barrels with the pitch black elixir. 412 days later, the oak had imparted Scytale with the perfect nuanced flavors our Brewmaster sought. (A.B.V. 13.1%)

Bavarian Helles

Our current Great Basin brewers got together with one of our alumni brewers, Denise Jones, who is now a distiller at Weyermans Malting Company in Bamberg, Germany to create a one-of-a-kind Bavarian helles. Light gold in hue and laid-back in character, helles (German for “light”) is Bavaria’s answer to a session beer with its underlying maltiness, soft hop bitterness, and superb drinkability. Buster #4

 An American IPA brewed to support Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS) research, using a special hop blend offered only to breweries participating in Ales for ALS. This year’s hop blend includes six different hops, four of which are experimental. The aroma and flavor profile is complex, ranging from grapefruit to pineapple, green apple, tropical fruits, citrus, and earthy herbal notes, with a decent hop bitter backbone. (A.B.V., 7.8%)

This medium-bodied, unfiltered wheat beer has strong banana notes from a special German yeast. Brewed with the Noble hop Hallertau Mittelfrüh, this beer style is a favorite of one of our brewers, Chris Wall. (A.B.V., 5.4%)

Just say “Gimme an Icky!” Named after Nevada’s official state fossil, this beer is made in the India Pale Ale style. Ichthyosaur is accented by a blast of Cascade hops. (A.B.V. 6.4%)

Imbib Collaboration Barrel-Aged Tart Gruit

Dark brown in color and brewed with yarrow, sweet gale, mugwort, heather tips, and horehound, this brew pays homage to the original Gruit producers in 9th century Belgium. After it was brewed, we sent it over to IMBIB Custom Brews to age it in barrels with different wild yeast strains that give this beer a pleasant tart and dry finish. (A.B.V., 6.8%)
